The Ceylon Bible Society along with the members of the Women’s Committee, organized the Annual Sale on Saturday 26th October 2024 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Christian Reformed Church, Wellawatte. Our Chief Guests were Mr. Sriyantha Senaratne, The Life Governor and the former President of the Ceylon Bible Society and Mrs. Anthea Senaratne who were happy to be a part of this Annual sale and felt it was an honour to be present in an event where everything was to honour God. During his address, Mr. Senaratne mentioned the fact that the Ceylon Bible Society was one of the oldest Societies in Sri Lanka.
This Annual Sale is the only major fund-raising event of the CBS, and we at the CBS thank each one who contributed whole heartedly and immensely for the success of the Sale.
